I HOPE SOOOOOO!!
Thursday 16th December
Inconsistent NE swell around 1-2ft at open beaches, easing slightly during the a'noon. Smaller waves at south facing beaches and on the Hunter. Light and variable winds early ahead of a moderate to fresh S'ly change around mid-morning.
Friday 17th December
Mix of S'ly swell and building E'ly swell. 1-2ft waves at open beaches early, building to 2ft to occasionally 3ft during the day. Light W/SW winds, tending NE during the a'noon and possibly W'ly on dark.
Saturday 18th December
Easing E'ly swell around 1-2ft early at open beaches, smaller later. Moderate W/NW winds.
Sunday 19th December
Tiny to flat with freshening NW winds.
Monday 20th December
Tiny to flat for most of the day ahead of a rapid increase in S'ly swell to 4-6ft at south facing beaches. Smaller at remaining beaches. Fresh and gusty W/SW winds, tending S/SE during the a'noon and easing. Check back Friday for update on swell outlook.
